This learning programme is designed to strengthen confidence and competence in delivering NHS services under Patient Group Directions (PGDs).

Participants will develop a clear understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements for PGDs, enhance their consultation skills through person-centred care and shared decision-making, and recognise when referral to another healthcare professional is appropriate. The course also supports the development of practical service delivery strategies and encourages collaboration with peers to share best practice and improve patient care.
