Annual General Meeting & Special General Meeting Of Community Pharmacy Norfolk & Suffolk (CPNS) 2026
Annual General Meeting – Community Pharmacy Norfolk & Suffolk (CPNS)
For governance purposes, LPCs are required to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) to seek approval of their Annual Report and Financial Statement for the previous financial year.
Annual and financial report 2025/ 2026
We will be holding our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 23rd September 2026 at Diss Business Hub, Hopper Way, Diss, IP22 4GT. The meeting will commence at 3.00 pm.
Contractors are welcome to join us for the AGM. If you do wish to attend, please could you complete this booking form by 13th September 2026. You will then be sent further details nearer the time.
All Contractors will be sent an email about these arrangements to their premises nhs.net e-mail accounts by Wednesday 12th August 2026 at the latest. This will include an attached remote voting form for Contractors not able/wishing to attend the AGM to express their acceptance (or otherwise) of the Annual Financial Statement. This should be returned to the LPC following the instructions on the form. We would strongly urge any Contractor with any queries or concerns to contact us to discuss.
For our CCA multiple pharmacies, the voting will be conducted by a named Head Office contact, so no action is required at branch level.
Special General Meeting (SGM) to Amend the Constitution of CPNS to Adopt the New National Model
Community Pharmacy England (CPE) has proposed a new national LPC model Constitution for adoption, and so our Members have instructed us by due process to call a Special General Meeting (SGM) of Contractors to ratify the adoption of this new constitution by Community Pharmacy Norfolk & Suffolk. This SGM will also take place on Wednesday 23rd September 2026 at Diss Business Hub, at 3.30 pm, immediately following the AGM.
The changes to the constitution mainly reflect the need to update wording to reflect the current NHS landscape, and changes to LPC governance arrangements etc. The proposed new CPNS constitution can be seen here.
A version tracking the changes can be viewed here.
Contractors are welcome to join us for the SGM. If you do wish to attend, please could you complete this booking form by 13th September 2026. You will then be sent further details nearer the time.
For simplicity, the voting form for Contractors to support (or not) the adoption of the new national model constitution has been combined with the above voting form for the Financial Accounts, so please complete the voting form fully and return at as requested.
As for the AGM, for our CCA multiple pharmacies, the SGM voting will be conducted by a named Head Office contact, so no action is required at branch level.
Thank you.
