Annual General Meeting (AGM)

CPNS held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 23rd September 2026 at Diss Business Hub, Hopper Way, Diss, IP22 4GT.

At the AGM, the Annual and financial report for 2025/2026 were approved.

Special General Meeting (SGM)

CPNS also held an SGM to approve the new national LPC model Constitution.

Based on votes from members present, contractors in attendance, and postal votes, the new CPNS constitution was approved and can be seen here. CPE have also produced this document to explain the changes to the constitution.
