Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH)
The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is made up of a range of organisations who are responsible for safeguarding adults and children. MASH makes decisions about next steps when a concern is raised about a child or adult who is reported to be at risk of harm, abuse and neglect.
If you would like to discuss whether the situation you are concerned about should be the subject of a safeguarding referral, please contact the relevant MASH team for your area:
Norfolk and Waveney ICB also have an Adult Safeguarding team which directs Independent Practitioners to a 24 hour helpline for further advice.
Suffolk Safeguarding Partnership website provides details of how to make referrals for the public and professionals; for adults and children that you may be concerned about.
