Annual General Meeting of Suffolk Local Pharmaceutical Committee
Contractors will be aware that the Norfolk and Suffolk LPCs merged on 1st April 2024.
For governance purposes, LPCs are required to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) to seek approval of their Annual Report/Financial Statement for the previous financial year. As the 2 Committees were still separate entities during 2023-4, we are therefore required to produce a separate Annual Report/Financial Statement for Norfolk and Suffolk LPCs.
Norfolk LPC will be holding its Annual General Meeting online or in person at Diss Business Hub, Hopper Way, Diss, IP22 4GT on Wednesday 18th September 2024, at 3.30pm. This will be immediately followed by the Suffolk LPC AGM, at 4.00pm.

At the AGMs, the Annual and Financial Reports for the financial year April 2023-March 2024 will be presented and approval sought. These reports can be viewed below.
All Contractors are welcome to attend the AGM.
Our constitution allows for a remote vote on the accounts by Contractors who cannot/do not wish to attend the AGM. Voting forms have been sent to independents’ NHS.net accounts and to the designated Head Office contact at each CCA company. These should be returned to tony@cpns.org.uk to be received not later than 48 hours before the meeting, i.e. by 12 noon on 16th September 2024. If you have any queries or concerns about the accounts leading you to consider rejecting them, we suggest that attendance at the AGM will allow you opportunity to ask questions and hear LPC comments, rather than voting remotely.
