Pharmacy First Local Action to Support ICB Data Collection

Norfolk and Suffolk ICB are asking for your support when delivering the Pharmacy First service. When a patient meets the gateway criteria, but has been signposted to you not formally referred please include the relevant GP practice ODS code in the service template data.

This will help the ICB to better support pharmacies and increase referrals from GP practices.
