Non Mandatory Campaign – Suffolk Pharmacies – Help Patients Access Urgent Dental Care

NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) is sending all pharmacies located in its area of Suffolk a physical poster which directs patients to NHS 111 if they require urgent dental care.

While this is not a contractual requirement, the ICB would be grateful if you would please display this poster in a prominent, patient‑facing location. NHS England is monitoring the ICB on a monthly basis to assess the impact of its campaign.

No additional activity is requested from pharmacies beyond the usual care and advice you already provide to patients experiencing toothache or oral health concerns.

By displaying the Poster, your pharmacy will contribute to better patient outcomes and help reduce unnecessary demand on other NHS services.
