Discharge Medicine Service (DMS) Webinar

The CPNS team will be hosting a webinar focusing on the Discharge Medicine Service on Wednesday 29th January, 7.30pm – 8.30pm to provide an update to Contractors and pharmacy teams about DMS in general, how we are supporting the service and an update from one of the referring Trusts in our area.
As part of the Pharmacy Integration Project CPNS are looking at data for the service and supporting pharmacies with the process to complete once DMS referrals are received.
