Virtual Outcomes Update

Please be aware that Virtual Outcomes, the online training platform designed to support community pharmacy teams with accessible learning resources, will no longer be locally funded.

A joint position has been reached by CPNS, N&W ICB and SNEE ICB to cease funding access to this training platform. This decision was reached based on low overall uptake of the training offer by pharmacy Contractors and the wide provision of alternative training platforms/material.

Pharmacies can still benefit from these resources by purchasing training modules directly from the Virtual Outcomes website. While some courses may be available for free, others may require payment.

We would encourage all pharmacy teams to review their current training plans to ensure this change does not create any gaps in learning or development and to explore alternative learning materials.
