EOI Invitation request shared with Suffolk and North East Essex Pharmacies that engaged with Phase One of the NHS App training.
The Integrated Care Academy ICA and ICB are now gearing up to launch the next phase of the project on 1st September 2025, and we’d love for you to be part of it!
What’s new?
This exciting new stage focuses on helping patients get started with the NHS App in community pharmacies. It’s a great opportunity to support digital health access and make a real difference in your community, especially in line with the new NHS 10-year plan.
What’s involved?
You will have received an email with the updated service specification. After you reading the updated service specification with all the details of what the next phase will involve. The Integrated Care Academy will send you NHS App resources to recap on the training you will be asked to do:
- Ask pharmacy users if they currently use the NHS App
- Support people to get registered and/or understand the benefits of the use the app
- Record activity through PharmOutcomes
Ready to take part?
To confirm your interest, simply complete our quick Expression of Interest Form. The ICA will get in touch to confirm next steps and send the training resources and some NHS App leaflets/posters to your pharmacy. In the EOI you can also let the ICA know if you need anything else to support you.
Update 13/8/25
Any Suffolk or North East Essex Pharmacy that has done their own work to sufficiently upskill their teams to provide this Pilot can put forward and EOI.
