Inclusive Pharmacy Practice (IPP) Week
Registration is now open for the first-ever Inclusive Pharmacy Practice (IPP) Week, a national initiative supported by 16 pharmacy organisations including CPPE, APTUK, and NHS England.
This is a brilliant opportunity for us to come together as a workforce and explore how we can make pharmacy more inclusive, representative, and responsive to the communities we serve.
🧠 What’s on?
There are eight free online workshops across three key themes:
- Leadership and Representation
- Healthcare Service Delivery
- Education and Training
Each session is co-hosted by national partners and features practical insights, lived experiences, and actions we can take to improve equity and inclusion in practice.
👥 Who should attend?
Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians at all career stages – whether you’re just starting out or leading a team, there’s something for everyone.
📌 How to join:
- View the full programme and register via CPPE: IPP Week 2025 Programme
- Share the hashtag #IPPWeek2025 on your socials
- Encourage your teams and networks to take part – the more voices, the better!
Let’s use this week to reflect, learn, and take meaningful steps towards a more inclusive pharmacy workforce.
