CPNS Annual General Meeting – 17th September 2025

LPCs are required to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) to seek approval of their Annual Report and Financial Statement for the previous financial year. These reports can be found here.

Community Pharmacy Norfolk & Suffolk will be holding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 17th September 2025 at Diss Business Hub, Hopper Way, Diss, IP22 4GT at 3 pm.

Contractors are welcome to join us for this meeting, either in person or online. If you do wish to attend, please could you complete the booking form by 10th September 2025. You will then be sent further details nearer the time.

All Contractors will be sent an email about these arrangements to their premises nhs.net e-mail accounts by Friday, 15th August 2025. This will include an attached remote voting form for Contractors not able/wishing to attend the AGM to express their acceptance (or otherwise) of the Annual Financial Statement. This should be returned to CPNS following the instructions on the form. We would strongly urge any Contractor with any queries or concerns to contact us at info@cpns.org.uk to discuss.

For our CCA multiple pharmacies, the voting will be conducted by a named Head Office contact, so no action is required at the branch level.
